Overview
We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our plant in Kistelek, Hungary , to develop, enforce, monitor, and continuously improve the factory’s quality assurance requirements and processes.

Your Responsibilities

- Support the operation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and testing laboratory in accordance with standards
- Develop quality-related procedures and regulations and monitor their compliance
- Prepare inspection and test plans based on standards and customer-specific requirements
- Maintain quality-related data in the SAP system.
- Inspect finished product quality during final acceptance testing
- Investigate quality complaints and develop proposals for their reduction and prevention
- Analyze internal quality issues, non-conforming materials, related costs, and root causes of defects, and propose corrective actions
- Provide information and data to related departments
- Actively participate in the operation of testing equipment and the testing laboratory
- Maintain and develop the existing measurement equipment system
- Contribute to the development of measurement technologies
- Be responsible for the general operation of the CPR laboratory and coordination of daily activities
- Support the Quality Manager in projects related to efficiency improvement and cost reduction
- Participate in scheduled and extraordinary ISO audits, quick process audits, internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits
- Proactively inform the supervisor about operational issues
- Identify potential risks and development opportunities

Your profile

- Higher education degree in a technical field
- Min. 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Team-oriented, structured, and solution-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Accuracy, reliability, and an analytical approach to daily operational tasks
