How you will Make an Impact

As a Credit Control Executive in the Credit Control Team, your main tasks will include but are not limited to the following:

- Posting daily transactions in the accounting system and preparing accounts and bank reconciliations
- Update clients’ records accordingly and maintain accurate records of all activity for clients
- Preparing bank payments relating to clients’ accounts
- Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner by regularly chasing clients on outstanding balances
- Coordinating and attending internal credit control meetings with Partners
- Answering calls from clients and resolving queries on outstanding balances
- Liaising with various departments within Deloitte and answering calls from staff
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures
- Compiling ad hoc reports as requested by management

Your Specialized skills:

- Good command of spoken and written English
- Minimum secondary education certificate
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Have strong negotiating, analytical and communication skills
- Highly committed, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and within a team
- Well versed in MS Office applications in particular Excel;
