How you will Make an Impact
As a Senior Accounts Executive in the Finance Team your main tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
- Posting daily transactions in the firm’s ERP system, accounting system and preparing account reconciliations
- Processing client and engagement requests in the firm’s ERP system
- Preparing bank payments and bank reconciliations
- Liaising with various departments within Deloitte and answering calls from staff
- Answering calls from clients and suppliers and resolving queries
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures
- Compiling ad hoc reports as requested by management

- Identifies possible explanations and alternatives to solve a problem and defines valid solutions
Your Specialized skills:
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Minimum secondary education certificate
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Have strong negotiating, analytical and communication skills
- Highly committed, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and within a team
- Well versed in MS Office applications in particular excel;
