Key Responsibilities

- Support the Senior Designer in the creation of UX deliverables including user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Contribute to UI design deliverables including layouts, components, visual assets, and design system enhancements.
- Plan and conduct user research activities, usability testing, and synthesis of findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Ensure designs align with usability best practices, accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and business requirements.
- Maintain and enhance design documentation, style guides, and design system components.
- Prepare design assets, specifications, and documentation for developer handoff.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Independently manage assigned design workstreams and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
- Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve the user experience.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, user-centered design methodologies, and usability best practices.
- Proven experience in creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Good UI design skills with a strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing and translating insights into design improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established design standards and systems.
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
