About this role

About the Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end fulfilment of aftermarket spare parts orders, helping move customer requirements efficiently from order through picking, dispatch and collection. You will monitor order progress, coordinate with internal teams, communicate updates to customers and help ensure urgent requirements are prioritised effectively.

About NOV

NOV delivers technology-driven equipment, systems, services and solutions supporting energy production and industrial operations worldwide. Through our global engineering, manufacturing and service capabilities, we help customers improve safety, reliability, efficiency and operational performance.

About the Team

You will join a close-knit and collaborative team within a busy, fast-paced operational environment. The Operations team works closely with colleagues across Stores, Purchasing and Sales, with regular communication and a shared focus on meeting customer requirements and departmental targets.

Why This Role Matters

Spare parts are often required when customers need them most, making effective prioritisation and communication critical. Your contribution will help keep orders moving, provide customers with clear and timely updates and support the team in achieving delivery and monthly performance targets.

What We Offer

This role provides broad exposure to operational processes, shipping and customer coordination, supported by structured initial training and a collaborative team environment. You will have the opportunity to build your knowledge across the aftermarket operation and develop transferable skills that can support future career progression within the department and wider organisation.

Why Join NOV

If you enjoy a varied role where priorities move quickly and teamwork makes a visible difference, this opportunity offers the chance to contribute directly to customer delivery and team performance. Previous experience in planning or an office-based environment is not essential; transferable experience from customer service, retail, logistics, dispatch or other fast-paced environments can provide a strong foundation for success.

At NOV, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We value diversity in all its forms and believe that different perspectives drive innovation and success. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
