Job Title: Project Scheduler Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Scheduler to support project teams in developing, maintaining, and reporting construction schedules. In this role, you will be responsible for building preliminary estimate schedules, assisting with baseline critical path schedules, reviewing schedule logic, incorporating subcontractor updates, analyzing schedule impacts, and providing consistent updates to internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction scheduling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple project priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules.
- Create baseline schedules and update project timelines throughout execution.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
- Coordinate schedule updates with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Incorporate subcontractor schedules and resource requirements into master project schedules.
- Analyze schedule impacts and prepare mitigation or recovery plans when necessary.
- Generate weekly and monthly scheduling reports for project stakeholders.
- Maintain resource-loaded schedules and track labor, equipment, and material availability.
- Lead scheduling meetings and provide schedule status updates to project leadership and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company scheduling standards, documentation requirements, and project controls procedures.
- Support a strong safety culture through coordination of project activities and sequencing.
Essential Skills
- Construction scheduling experience.
- Proficiency in P6 scheduling with at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong scheduling experience in industries such as oil & gas and power generation.
- Understanding of the Critical Path Method and project controls.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Ability to develop resource-loaded schedules and understand construction activity sequencing.
- Experience in cost forecasting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Work Environment The position is based onsite in New Albany, Ohio, with a flexible work schedule. Per diem is offered at $16 per hour or $175 per day, along with a cell phone allowance. The role provides opportunities for career progression, work-life balance, and exposure to major infrastructure and industrial projects throughout Central Ohio. You will have the chance to work directly with project managers and field leadership, influencing project strategy and positioning yourself for future growth in scheduling, project controls, or project management leadership roles.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $72.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
