As a Warehouse and Logistics Manager , you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of Warehouse and Logistics functions, ensuring efficiency across receiving, warehousing, inventory control, internal material handling, transportation, distribution, and materials management processes. You will lead both direct and outsourced teams, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, compliance, productivity, and service delivery to both internal and external customers.

As a Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing Warehouse and Logistics operations, including receiving, storage, material handling, inventory control, transportation, distribution, and shipping.
- Ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and service level compliance, supporting operational efficiency and business continuity.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize logistics processes, increase productivity, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Leading both direct and outsourced teams, fostering a culture of safety, operational excellence, people development, and high performance.
- Managing contracts, suppliers, logistics providers, and service vendors, ensuring compliance with established performance metrics and service agreements.
- Defining, monitoring, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), while developing and executing action plans to improve operational results.
- Managing the department budget, including operational expenses (OPEX) and capital investments (CAPEX), ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), Quality, Compliance, and other applicable corporate policies and requirements.
- Partnering with Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Production, Maintenance, Finance, and Quality teams to drive supply chain integration and efficiency.
- Leading inventory counts, audits, operational transformation initiatives, automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement projects.
- Developing risk management strategies and contingency plans to ensure logistics operations continuity.
- Analyzing supply chain trends, opportunities, and risks to support decision-making and achieve strategic business objectives.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Hold a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in warehouse and/or logistics management.
- Have experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), data analytics tools, Power BI, and logistics performance metrics.
- Demonstrate proven experience in people management, team development, and change leadership.
- Have knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
- Have intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
