- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for high-volume logistics transactions.

Requirements

- Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Professional proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
- Previous experience in customer support, logistics, or the supply chain industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
