About the Role

Every vehicle that leaves Leachman passes through our detail team, whether it's headed to a new owner or back to a service customer. As a Detailer, you are the last set of hands on the vehicle before the customer sees it, and that first impression matters.

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in their work, shows initiative, and gets vehicles cleaned inside and out on time and to a standard that exceeds our expectations and our customers'.

What You'll Do

- Clean and detail vehicles inside and out to Leachman standards, for both inventory and sold units

- Prioritize your workflow around delivery times so vehicles are ready when customers are

- Handle every vehicle with care to avoid damage and make sure nothing is missed

- Use and store all chemicals safely and according to guidelines

- Install and remove floor protection, seat covers, and signage as needed

- Follow our color-coded system for cleaning cloths and laundering

- Keep detail bays clean, organized, and secure, including storage areas and vehicle keys

- Wear non-slip footwear at all times to prevent slips and falls

- Maintain a professional, well-groomed Leachman image

- Work as part of a team and complete all required training

What We're Looking For

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past two years

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Good time-management skills

- A team player

- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required

Schedule

- Full-time and part-time positions available

- Weekday schedule with occasional Saturdays
