About this role
Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines. YOUR TASKS
- Monitoring project budgets and implementing cost control measures
- Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements throughout the Civil Works and Site Readiness phases
- Developing project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies
- Coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials across multiple project sites
- Tracking project progress and preparing reports for relevant stakeholders
- Supporting BoP Supervisors in resolving site issues and schedule delays
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a comparable qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of construction processes within the wind energy sector, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations
- Experience in budget management, project planning, resource coordination, cost control, and risk management
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or comparable project management tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Very good communication skills in both German and English (minimum B2-C1); Spanish language skills are an advantage
- A valid driving license recognized in Germany and willingness to travel are required
