POSITION SUMMARY

The role of Special Operations Administrator directly supports the company’s mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. As the Special Operations Administrator, you will provide administrative, systems, reporting, and operational support to the Special Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of service order data, supporting project documentation, coordinating logistics activities, and assisting in the successful execution of major component exchanges and special operations projects throughout North America.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Create, maintain, and update Service Orders (SOs) and associated documentation.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational data within company systems.

- Monitor, track, and follow up on open Service Orders and project-related actions.

- Support reporting activities through data collection, validation, and analysis.

- Coordinate documentation required for project execution, closeout, and compliance purposes.

- Assist with logistics planning for major component exchanges, tooling, equipment, and transportation needs.

- Support crane coordination and special operations project activities.

- Maintain records in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with field teams, coordinators, and internal stakeholders to resolve documentation and data discrepancies.

- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and supporting corrective actions.

- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of Special Operations activities, costs, and project status.

- Provide administrative support to the Special Operations team as required.

WHAT YOU HAVE

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Associate degree, vocational training, or related education preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of administrative, operations support, project coordination, or related experience.

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- Experience working within ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

- Experience in renewable energy, industrial services, construction, or field operations environments preferred.

- Ability to travel up to 75% as business needs require.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport and travel throughout the United States and Canada.

- Driving is an essential function of the job. Must possess a full valid driver's license and be insurable under our auto insurance policy. This position will be subject to periodic driver's abstract checks to confirm continued insurability.
