We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with experience in commercial construction to oversee ground-up construction projects, particularly within the retail and restaurant sectors. This role offers a stable and dynamic work environment due to a significant backlog of projects and expansion into multiple business segments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Handle change orders, RFIs, and project estimation processes.
- Develop site development plans and manage project engineering activities.
- Ensure adherence to mechanical and electrical engineering standards and practices.
Essential Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction.
- Proven track record in ground-up construction projects.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Experience with change orders, RFIs, and project estimation.
- Proficiency in engineering and site development.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Familiarity with construction management and design principles.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
