As a Road Logistics Process Optimization Specialist , you will play a key role in enhancing operational performance by identifying process improvement opportunities, driving standardization, and implementing innovative digital solutions. Acting as a bridge between business operations and technology, you will help shape more efficient, data-driven, and future-ready ways of working across the organization.

This role requires a strong understanding of operational processes, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement methodologies, and digital technologies that enable sustainable business transformation.

## How you create impact

You will work closely with operational teams and stakeholders to analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design solutions that improve productivity, service quality, and operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing end-to-end operational processes and identifying opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation.
- Leading and supporting process improvement initiatives across various business areas.
- Transforming business requirements into practical, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
- Driving continuous improvement by leveraging digital technologies, automation tools, AI, and low-code platforms.
- Supporting change management activities and promoting adoption of new ways of working.
- Monitoring solution effectiveness through KPIs, performance metrics, and data analysis.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of optimization and transformation projects.

## What we would like you to bring

- Strong understanding of business process management, process optimization, and continuous improvement principles.
- Experience in analyzing and improving operational workflows, ideally within logistics, supply chain, transportation, or other service-oriented industries.
- Ability to map processes, identify root causes, and translate business challenges into practical solutions.
- Experience with automation, reporting, low-code platforms, AI tools, or similar technologies is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships across different organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience leading or participating in transformation, optimization, or change initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel; experience with Power Platform, VBA, Power BI, Copilot Studio, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
