About the opportunity
You will lead and support a Sales Coordination team while helping the department deliver balanced sales results, accurate forecasts, a healthy pipeline and a strong customer experience. In this role, you will translate corporate strategy into practical support for local needs and key accounts, identify market trends, and recommend action plans. You will also coach team members, strengthen daily operations and contribute to continuous improvement. The position is full-time, follows a hybrid arrangement of two days onsite and three days working from home, and may involve approximately 10% travel for training.
Your tasks include
- Guide the Sales Coordination team in supporting sales targets across products and assigned business objectives.
- Translate corporate strategy into practical actions that address local requirements and the needs of defined key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, evaluate their potential impact and recommend appropriate action plans.
- Coordinate daily Sales department activities, review work and support the development of junior team members.
- Coach and mentor team members, promoting consistent ways of working and ongoing capability development.
- Maintain forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, customer satisfaction and timely, compliant reporting.
- Carry out relevant leadership and workplace responsibilities in line with applicable company requirements.
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or bring an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have hands-on Sales Coordination experience in any industry, including 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
- You have experience leading a team of approximately 8 to 11 people; supervisory experience is essential for this role.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and productivity.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP or Microsoft Power Apps is preferred but not required.
- You apply critical thinking and analytical skills to make sound decisions and improve processes.
- You communicate clearly, build effective business partnerships and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to your work.
