Job Description
The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.

 What You'll Be Doing?

As a Team Leader , you'll be responsible for inspiring, coaching, and supporting a team of customer service professionals while ensuring operational excellence and outstanding customer experience.

 Lead the day-to-day performance, engagement, and attendance management of your team
 Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance reviews
 Drive achievement of KPIs, quality standards, and operational targets
 Identify performance gaps and create development plans for continuous improvement
 Support escalations and provide guidance on complex customer situations
 Conduct engaging team meetings and foster a positive team environment
 Motivate employees and recognize achievements to drive engagement
 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client expectations
 Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning

 What We're Looking For

✅ Danish or Norwegian(C1/C2) and English (C1/C2)
✅ Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or People Manager
✅ Strong coaching and performance management skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
✅ Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
✅ Passion for leading, motivating, and developing people

✅ Availability to work 100% onSite
