As a Field Service Representative you will act as a liaison with production, engineering, sales and customers in resolving customer problems and complaints

What you’ll do:

- Preparing for field service trip, booking flights and hotels
- Gathering / ordering parts as required for job and shipping to job site
- Fly and/or drive to necessary areas to perform field work
- Travel to remote countries may be required
- Cross border traveling may be required
- Provides technical support and maintenance to customers in the field by dismantling, cleaning, repairing, inspection, assembly and/or testing customer engines or accessories
- Perform scheduled maintenance as part of preventative maintenance program
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection of parts determining serviceability for continued service; identifies unserviceable parts that are not reparable and initiates parts requisitions
- Assures that all services rendered are in compliance with customer, regulatory and company requirements
- Follows and utilizes manuals
- Maintains detailed documentations and appropriate paperwork following completion of a serviceable job
- Maintains written reports on all pertinent incidents, accidents, problems and complaints
- Takes pictures as required for documentation
- Assesses supplied information and troubleshoots to determine most effective action required.

Position Requirements:

- AME License preferred
- Knowledge of PT6 and PW100 engines.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel worldwide.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Shop work may be required to assist with the Calgary Service Center
