The Air Capital needs a roofing leader ready to take our team to new heights. Since 1977, Shamrock Roofing & Construction has built a reputation for quality workmanship and trusted service. Now we're looking for an experienced Market Leader to drive growth across Wichita and surrounding Kansas communities.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of roofing professionals
- Recruit and develop talent as the market grows
- Build and execute growth strategies for Wichita and the surrounding region
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship in sales, production, and customer care
- Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and customer service on every job
- Navigate local codes, permitting, and building requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary plus 60% commission and a lucrative override structure on team production

All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading teams in residential roofing or a closely related field
- Experience managing project managers or sales/production staff, with measurable results
- Knowledge of Kansas weather patterns, storm restoration, and appropriate roofing systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Physical ability to work on rooftops and in varying weather conditions
