Interim HealthCare Hospice is excited to be hiring a PRN Massage Therapist to add to our team. We are looking for a PRN Massage Therapist to help us cover our Eau Claire and Western Wisconsin territory. As a Hospice Massage Therapist, you will enjoy:

- $30 - $34 per hour

As a Hospice Massage Therapist, heres a big-picture view of what youll do:

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ascertain whether individuals would benefit from Massage Therapy.

- Communicates with the IDG regarding the patients condition/status and progress toward goals.

- Completes and submits accurate and timely documentation of massage therapy services provided.

- Fulfills the obligation of requested and/or accepted case assignments.

- Provide assessments that will cover a patient's needs and collaborates with IDG to cater the plan of care to the patient..

A few must-haves for Hospice Massage Therapists:

- Massage Therapist with a current and active license/certification in Wisconsin

- One year of Massage Therapy experience is required.

- If a state standard exists that is higher than these education/experience requirements, the state standard supersedes these qualifications.

- Hospice massage therapy experience preferred but employer happy to train!
