About this role

The Desktop Support Analyst provides onsite End User Support at our new corporate office in Atlanta, GA (Brookhaven) to ensure employees have reliable access to the technology and infrastructure required to perform their work effectively. This role is responsible for resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues, supporting executive leadership, and maintaining shared technology resources—including video conference rooms, wireless networks, and other critical IT systems.

This position directly influences operational performance, service delivery, and employee productivity. By keeping end‑user systems and shared technology resources running smoothly, the Desktop Support Analyst ensures internal teams can deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers.

The starting salary for this position is $65,000, commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide first and second-level technical support through walk-up, phone, email, and chat channels, resolving hardware, software, network, and access issues
- Deliver white-glove support to executive leadership, including Vice Presidents and senior leaders
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Support meeting and event technology, including audio/video conferencing and presentation systems
- Set up, relocate, and support workstations and technology for employees and visitors
- Perform remote endpoint maintenance, patching, vulnerability remediation, and proactive system health monitoring
- Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating clearly, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships with users and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution
- Support user training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve technology adoption and user experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process enhancements, supporting technology refresh projects, and helping standardize support practices

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on End User Support experience; a degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong expertise with Windows, macOS, iPadOS, iOS, Android, and general end-user hardware/software
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra, Intune, and Active Directory for troubleshooting and user/device management
- Experience supporting conference room A/V equipment, Teams Rooms, and video collaboration technologies
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; experience directing external support vendors is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to support occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Ability to travel periodically for executive events or special projects
