2. Adoption Performance & Insights
- Own the measurement and reporting of adoption, utilisation, engagement, and behavioural change outcomes for deployed solutions.
- Develop and oversee dashboards, performance scorecards, and executive reporting that provide visibility to adoption performance and business impact.
- Analyse adoption trends and usage patterns to identify opportunities, risks, and areas requiring intervention.
- Establish leading indicators and success metrics that enable early identification of at-risk markets and deployment challenges.
- Provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders based on quantitative data and qualitative feedback.
3. Change Management & Market Enablement
- Lead change, communication, and adoption activities that support successful market transitions and behavioural change.
- Ensure deployment plans include effective stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and enablement strategies.

- Champion user-centric approaches that improve the effectiveness and sustainability of digital adoption efforts.
4. Stakeholder & Market Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with market leadership teams and key business stakeholders to understand priorities, challenges, and adoption barriers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to markets on deployment readiness, adoption performance, and value realization opportunities.
- Facilitate governance forums, deployment reviews, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment and effective decision making.
- Influence senior stakeholders to drive accountability for adoption outcomes and ensure business ownership of change initiatives.
- Escalate and resolve deployment and adoption challenges that may impact business outcomes or programme objectives.
5. Value Realisation & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure adoption strategies are aligned with business value targets and expected benefits from digital investments.
- Monitor adoption performance against value KPIs and identify areas of value leakage or underperformance.
- Partner with Value Assurance teams to define corrective actions and intervention plans where benefits are not being realised.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts by capturing lessons learned and embedding best practices across deployments.
- Drive feedback loops between markets, deployment teams, and product squads to improve future releases and deployment approaches.
6. Team Leadership & Capability Development
