Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our HRDT team, part of our Marsh People & Investment Consulting business at Marsh. This role will be based in Bangalore/Gurgaon/Noida/Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

- Leading Benefits Functional stream across multiple projects simultaneously
- Independently conduct various workshop sessions (e.g., Deployment Readiness, Foundation Alignment/Discovery, Customer Confirmation Sessions) with clients, addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Design, Configure, Customize & maintain Workday Benefits emphasizing on US & Canada specifically, to meet client needs
- Deep knowledge of Open Enrollment & ACA in US context; should have assisted the clients for the same
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team, ensuring coordination and timely delivery of project milestones with consultants across different functional areas.
- Identify scope, scope gaps & get them addressed; Recognize and engage the right stakeholders
- Gather and document client requirements, assess project complexity, estimate effort, prioritize capacity, and define development and analysis timelines.
- Support pre-sales activities, estimation, client presentations, SOW, and Sales-to-Service transitions.
- Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide support for Workday feature releases, Security, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & support E2E testing coordinating across all modules
- Drive operational excellence and lead transformational projects with measurable, impactful results.
- Take responsibility for initiatives, ensuring results are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work across different time zones, particularly supporting US & Canada and European clients, and collaborate with teams across various delivery centers

What you need to have:

- B.E /B.Tech /MCA /BSc.
- Should be Workday certified in Benefits

- Total 10+years and minimum 4-5 years’ experience working on Workday Implementations
- Demonstrated success in leading Benefits implementation projects for US & Canada
- Extensive experience working with clients as a “Consultant” to drive implementation projects.
- In-depth functional knowledge of how Benefits works together and affects other modules including but not limited to HCM, Absence, Payroll, Integrations (particularly in the US context)

- Working with cross-functional teams spread across different delivery centers
- Up to date on Workday new releases & their Roadmaps to better Solution & enhance End User experience.
- Ability to recommend and implement industry- or country-specific Workday best practices during implementation.
- Active participation in internal initiatives, supporting or leading Workday product teams, and contributing to the development of intellectual property solutions.
- Worked or Working with a Workday implementation partner & possess Benefits Core certification
- Develop and implement strategies for maximizing the use of the Workday to enhance business processes and achieve operational goals.
- Lead the planning & deployment of initial implementation, follow-on, upgrades, and optimization projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage a team of Benefits analysts & consultants, provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
- Investigate business and technical requirements for Benefits, collaborating with business analysts and architects to define needs and priorities
- Provide clients with an overview of Workday’s Benefits capabilities.
- Ability to provide workarounds & guide clients to the relevant community brainstorms.
- Design Workday solutions tailored to client needs.
- Assist clients in testing delivered reports, based on scenarios provided by the client team.
- Strategizing cutover plans, rollout activities for initial & cross-platform
- Hypercare, catch-up transactions support, rollout to production
- Take timely and appropriate actions to address stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Manage issue resolution, escalating as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with mid- and senior-level management.
- Leverage synergies between global information systems.
