Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 8 years of experience in software development.

- 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.

Preferred qualifications:

- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.

- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.

- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

- Lead the architectural design, development, and evolution of the Agentic context enrichment within the Google Cloud Knowledge Catalog.

- Drive the strategy and implementation of advanced context generation methods, evaluation and hosting infrastracture.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, User Experience (UX) designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements, shape the roadmap, and deliver impact.

- Ensure all functionalities adhere to Google Cloud's security and privacy standards, enforcing Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and data governance controls.

- Manage the most challenging technical problems in areas such as relevant context generation from both structured and unstructured enterprise data, agent memory banks, sessions, privacy controls etc.
