Medical Front Desk Receptionist Chicago IL 60615
$16-$20/hr | Bilingual Spanish/English | Established Integrative Medical Practice
We are seeking a friendly, organized Medical Front Desk Representative to join our established multidisciplinary medical practice in Chicago.
Bilingual Spanish and English are highly preferred. ChiroTouch experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify patient information and assist with paperwork
- Collect payments and copays
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate with patients in both Spanish and English
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
- Provide excellent customer service in a busy medical office
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English highly preferred
- Medical or chiropractic front desk experience preferred
- ChiroTouch experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking
- Professional and welcoming demeanor
