Key Responsibilities
Leadership Development Program Design & Preparation

- Translate agreed program objectives into detailed program plans, session flows and learning experiences.
- Develop or coordinate pre-work, learning activities, participant materials, exercises and supporting content.
- Work with senior leaders, facilitators and subject matter experts to prepare sessions and ensure content and delivery readiness.
- Use appropriate learning methodologies and engagement tools such as live polls, digital collaboration, interactive exercises and feedback echanisms.

End-to-End Program Execution

- Own the detailed planning and execution of assigned Gurukul programs from preparation through delivery and closure.
- Manage timelines, milestones, participant communication and program readiness.
- Coordinate facilitator schedules, learning materials, venue/room readiness, technology and AV checks, vendors and other program requirements.
- Conduct readiness checks before programs and proactively identify and resolve gaps.
- Support on-ground or virtual delivery to ensure a smooth experience for facilitators and participants.
- Manage multiple program activities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Act as the primary coordination point for execution-related requirements and ensure timely closure of actions.

Program follow – through & Improvement

- Collect participant and facilitator feedback and track relevant program measures.
- Maintain program documentation, participation records and action trackers.
- Identify practical improvements based on feedback and experience from previous programs.
- Develop and maintain reusable templates, checklists and practices for consistent program delivery.

Over time, contribute to learning-needs analysis and program planning as familiarity with Gurukul and Quest Global’s leadership development approach grows.

Work Experience

10-12 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development or capability-building roles.

Hands-on experience in designing and executing learning programs end-to-end.

Good understanding of learning experience design & effective learner engagement.

Strong program planning, coordination and execution skills.

Ability to independently take ownership, anticipate requirements and solve day-to-day execution challenges.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work comfortably with senior leaders and facilitators.

Working knowledge of learning and engagement tools such as Mentimeter, Microsoft Forms, Teams or similar platforms.

Strong PowerPoint and working knowledge of Excel and collaboration platforms such as Teams/SharePoint.

Experience with leadership development programs, executive learning, coaching or similar interventions would be an advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Learning/Education or a related discipline.

MBA/master’s degree or relevant Learning & Development qualification is preferred
