About this role

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

- Manage recruitment process for Individual Contributor level positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
- Prepare employment contracts for all employee levels
- Coordinate pre-employment and annual health checkups
- Monitor new hire onboarding journey and checklist in Workday system
- Schedule and send reminders for probation evaluation sessions
- Organize onboarding activities including orientation sessions, office tours, and coordination with IT and relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate quarterly Welcome on Board sessions for new hires

2. HR Operations & Administration

- Maintain and update HR systems and databases including Workday, HR master data, and HR-Finance budget files
- Update organization chart monthly
- Prepare employment-related documents such as work certificates and HR letters
- Manage foreign staff administration including work permits, visas, and personal income tax coordination
- Prepare and communicate HR announcements including new hires, promotions, internal mobility, and administrative updates

3. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

- Prepare monthly payroll data and coordinate with external payroll providers and related stakeholders
- Support compensation updates and prepare promotion letters
- Manage employee enrollment and resignation processes for group health insurance and provident funds
- Coordinate renewal of life and health insurance programs
- Organize annual health checkup program
- Maintain leave management system and employee leave records

4. Learning & Employee Support

- Coordinate English training programs and employee learning activities
- Provide HR support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives as assigned
