Job Description -
Lead medium to large-scale application development, modernization, cloud, and digital transformation engagements while ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery and execution.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and steering committee reviews.
- Manage client stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
- Lead distributed delivery teams across onsite and offshore locations.
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.
- Ensure adherence to Capgemini delivery processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Drive change management and business adoption where required.
- Support account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and opportunity identification.
- Manage project P&L, revenue, margin, utilization, and delivery KPIs.
Required Experience
- Typically 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in project/program management.
- Experience managing application development, maintenance, cloud migration, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Proven experience handling geographically distributed teams.
Desired Certifications
PMP / PRINCE2
Agile Scrum Master or SAFe certifications
ITIL Foundation (preferred)
Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) are advantageous.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 110000- 135000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
