What You'll Do
- Operate a concrete coring machine to produce products that meet customer and quality specifications.
- Read and interpret production schedules, work orders, drawings, and measurements.
- Set up, adjust, and monitor coring equipment for safe and efficient operation.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor operating issues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production goals.
What You'll Need
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read a tape measure and accurately follow measurements and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Basic math skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, climbing, and walking for extended periods.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed to support production.
- Experience operating saws, drills, coring equipment, or other manufacturing machinery.
Your Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
