The Role
We’re looking for a GTM Systems Engineer to build and optimize the systems, automation, data flows, and technical workflows that power our go-to-market organization.
As a part of the Revenue Operations team reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations & Systems, this role works across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Technology to create efficiencies across the revenue funnel. You’ll connect systems and workflows, automate manual processes, improve speed-to-lead, strengthen handoffs and onboarding, and apply AI to make our teams and processes more scalable, intelligent, and effective.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines technical problem solving with a strong understanding of how modern GTM teams operate.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable GTM systems, workflows, automations, and integrations across the customer lifecycle.
- Build and optimize inbound lead workflows across enrichment, qualification, scoring, prioritization, routing, engagement, follow-up, and speed-to-lead.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to connect campaigns, website and product engagement, lead data, and downstream sales workflows, while supporting outbound efforts through scalable prospecting infrastructure and enrichment processes.
- Serve as the hands-on technical lead for the Hubspot ecosystem, with significant hands-on responsibility for advanced workflows, custom objects, data models, APIs, integrations, and automation.
- Connect CRM, marketing, sales, and customer success platforms using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and data pipelines, ensuring reliable data flow and scalable processes across systems.
- Partner with Revenue and pre-sales Operations teams to identify manual processes, friction points, and bottlenecks and build automation that improves efficiency, accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and agentic workflows across lead qualification, enrichment, routing, research, outreach, rep workflows, onboarding, and operational processes.
- Build custom applications, scripts, services, and internal tools where native platform capabilities are insufficient, while maintaining strong standards for testing, documentation, monitoring, and governance.
- Implement and maintain scalable GTM data architecture, including objects, properties, associations, lifecycle stages, in line with and system-of-record and governance standards set by RevOps leadership, while troubleshooting complex system, automation, integration, and data issues.
What You Bring
- Experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations Engineering, Business Systems Engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong experience with HubSpot or another enterprise CRM, including automation, data modeling, APIs, integrations, and complex workflow design.
- Experience building and optimizing PLG and SLG workflows, including qualification, enrichment, routing, lifecycle management, speed-to-lead, and outbound support.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Python, plus SQL, with experience working across APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and relational data models.
- Experience with automation, integration, enrichment, or data platforms such as Zapier, Workato, Make, Hightouch, Clay, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of how Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations work together across the customer lifecycle.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions and troubleshoot complex issues across interconnected systems.
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining strong standards for scalability, maintainability, governance, and data integrity.
