The Services Marketing Operations team is the core enabler for the entire Services Marketing team. Our focus? Driving a scalable marketing campaign engine, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. As our partner ecosystem grows, we are looking for a strategic and technically minded Manager, B2B Marketing Operations - Partner Marketing Platforms to join our global team. This role will define how technology, data, and processes work together to support indirect customer engagement through partners with communication programs, co-marketing campaigns, co-branded events, and partnership summits.

The ideal candidate understands B2B marketing, partner-led growth, and marketing technology. They can turn business needs into clear technical requirements and scalable solutions. They enjoy working across teams to connect platforms, simplify processes, and improve how partner marketing programs are delivered and measured.

Role Overview

The Manager, B2B Marketing Operations - Partner Marketing Platforms will own the technology roadmap for partner marketing and design the connected MarTech ecosystem that supports Mastercard’s growth engine through our partner ecosystem.

This role will connect partner relationship management, CRM, marketing automation, event platforms, campaign workflows, data, AI agentic workflows and reporting. The Manager will define platform requirements, integrations, data standards, and delivery priorities that allow Partner Marketing teams to operate at scale.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations within the Services Marketing Operations and Digital team, this role will help build a consistent and scalable foundation for Services B2B partner-led marketing.

The Role:
PARTNER MARKETING TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY AND ROADMAP
• Own and maintain the partner marketing technology roadmap, aligning platform investments and technical priorities with the broader partner marketing strategy and enterprise MarTech direction.
• Develop a target-state architecture connecting partner relationship management, marketing automation, CRM, event management, co-marketing workflows, content systems, data platforms, and reporting capabilities.
• Translate business requirements from Partner Marketing and regional marketing teams into scalable technical capabilities, system requirements, integration needs, and prioritized use cases.
• Collaborate with technology teams to evaluate platform capabilities against business needs, architecture standards, cost, security, integration requirements, and support needs.
• Establish measurable success criteria for roadmap initiatives, including adoption, operational efficiency, data quality, campaign scalability, and visibility into partner engagement.

CAMPAIGN, EVENTS AND CO-MARKETING ENABLEMENT
• Design scalable frameworks for partner campaigns, including partner recruitment, co-marketing campaigns, communication programs, events, partnership summits, and ongoing partner engagement.
• Define the technology and data framework for partner co-branded events and partner summits, including registration, consent, data-sharing, lead routing, engagement tracking, and reporting.
• Create reusable campaign workflows, templates, approvals, compliance controls, and payment processes that improve speed and consistency for event and co-marketing campaigns.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
• Serve as the main Marketing Operations partner for Partner Marketing. Lead initiatives from discovery and design through testing, launch, adoption, and improvement while communicating priorities, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Build alignment across Channel Sales, Field Marketing, Privacy, Technology, I&E Sales Operations, Reporting, and Operations to define standards for partner identification, segmentation, data quality, lifecycle management, system ownership, and operational support.
• Develop rollout plans, communications, training, and documentation for new partner marketing capabilities.

DATA GOVERNANCE, REPORTING & ANALYTICS
• Collaborate with strategy, data, and reporting teams to operationalize marketing KPIs, attribution, and performance insights.
• Define controls for partner-provided data, co-branded campaigns, joint audiences, lead-sharing arrangements, and marketing permissions.
• Ensure partner marketing solutions align with enterprise privacy, security, legal, and data-retention requirements.
• Monitor platform adoption, workflow efficiency, campaign throughput, data completeness, integration performance, and user experience feedback. Use these insights to improve the roadmap, platforms, and processes.

All About You:
• Several years of work experience in B2B marketing performing campaign execution. Experience in B2B, SaaS, and/or Professional Services industries is highly preferred.
• Experience working in partner-led, channel, alliance, or ecosystem models, with an understanding of indirect customer engagement and revenue growth.
• Five or more years of experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Experience with Salesforce, partner management (Impartner, Vistex), event (Cvent), project management (Adobe Workfront), and B2B marketing platforms is preferred.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps, platform requirements, integrations, user stories, acceptance criteria, or scalable operating processes.
• Bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, business, analytics, engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
• Familiarity with global privacy, consent, security, and data governance requirements. Preference for experience with partner data-sharing standards including referral programs, joint audiences, and controls on competitively sensitive information.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results across global teams.
• Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Proven ability to negotiate and navigate through complex stakeholder dynamics to achieve project objectives along with flexibility to work across time zones and manage distributed teams effectively.
• You have your finger on the pulse of emerging B2B MarTech and developments in related platforms. You continually bring innovative ideas to the table to help provoke new thinking with both the marketing team and your stakeholders.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
