About this role

Position plans, directs and organizes all the activities to support the warehouse operations of the plant. Consistently plans warehouse resources and activities to meet company objectives. Responsible for the development of warehouse staff. Develops process and systems to maintain inventory accuracy and generates all required reports.

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent warehouse or manufacturing experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or materials management experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience with responsibility for developing employees and managing daily warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory control, and warehouse organization.
- Experience managing raw materials, finished goods, and material flow to support production requirements.
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems, such as SAP, or similar systems, preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, cycle counting, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety requirements, including forklift and powered industrial truck operations.
- Ability to monitor warehouse performance and drive improvements in safety, inventory accuracy, productivity, and on-time delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean, 5S, or similar methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with production, supply chain, customer service, quality, and transportation teams.
