Job Description We are seeking a Network Analyst (LAN and WAN) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures, ensuring high-performance, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LAN technologies, protocols, and architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain all network hardware (LAN ).
- Install and configure network communications systems including physical infrastructure build outs.
- Support day-to-day service requests and trouble tickets using enterprise ServiceNow ticket system.
- Provides specifications and detailed diagrams using standard templates for network baseline documentation.
- Use enterprise tools to help support and troubleshoot wired and wireless network infrastructure.
- Work directly with vendors and contractors to support project requirements.
- Work with customers and assist in identifying specific requirements and design moderately complex network systems.
- Work in a warehouse maintaining material used for projects and tickets and putting away on shelves and cabinets until needed by us or the contractors.
- Needs to have experience with lift trucks and pallet jacks to move material around the warehouse within our space and off the dock.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Degree or Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience in network analysis, design, and implementation or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 or 2 years of experience with LAN and WAN technologies, including routing, switching, and network protocols.
- Proficiency in Physical network design and implementation tools like Cisco Catalyst Center and Solarwinds.
- Solid understanding of IT environment and infrastructure, including Cisco switches and Wireless APs as well as the physical infrastructure cabling.
- Experience configuring Cisco switches using CLI (command line interface).
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to obtain Forklift certification
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Good understanding of ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Knowledge of UPS.
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining network IDF/MDF documentation operating skills of manlifts and pallet jacks in a warehouse environment.
- Experience in warehouse process and experience in lifts and pallet jack operator .

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64926 - $110374
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
