## About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Scientist to support critical reagent activities across Research through Clinical development. The role will provide operational and onsite support for critical reagent inventory, logistics, documentation, and both internal and outsourced reagent-generation and characterization activities. The candidate will partner closely with the Critical Reagent Senior Scientist and cross-functional teams to ensure critical reagents are appropriately tracked, available when needed, and supported by accurate and current documentation. Success in this role will require strong organization and attention to detail, effective project coordination, comfort working across multiple electronic systems, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external CRO/CDMO partners.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
- Coordinate receipt, storage, inventory, distribution, and shipment of critical reagents to internal teams and external partners
- Monitor reagent inventory and supply levels, identify upcoming needs, and coordinate replenishment and resupply activities
- Maintain accurate reagent records and inventory information across Smartsheet, Benchling, FreezerPro, and other applicable systems
- Maintain and organize reagent characterization, qualification, CoA, inventory, and shipping documentation to support material traceability
- Coordinate operational activities for outsourced critical reagent-generation campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, samples, shipments, documentation, and action items
- Interface with CRO/CDMO partners on routine campaign activities and escalate scientific, quality, supply, or timeline issues as appropriate
- Support SOWs, Change Orders, purchase orders, and procurement workflows and coordinate with internal functions and external vendors
- Develop and maintain project trackers and support development of standardized workflows and processes to improve reagent availability, traceability, and operational readiness
- Support defined reagent-generation activities and campaigns, including antibody and other critical reagent production activities
- Prepare project, campaign, and inventory updates and maintain action-item and milestone tracking for recurring Critical Reagent meetings
Requirements:
- BS/BA in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific field with 4+ years of relevant biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience OR
- MS/MA with 2+ years relevant industry experience OR
- PhD and some relevant industry experience
- Experience supporting scientific operations, bioanalytical activities, reagent management, laboratory operations, or related drug-development activities
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activities, timelines, and priorities
- Experience with scientific inventory, data-management, or project-tracking systems; experience with Smartsheet, Benchling, and/or FreezerPro is preferred
- Familiarity with antibodies, bioanalytical reagents, or critical reagent development and lifecycle activities is preferred
- Experience working with external CROs/CDMOs or scientific vendors is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and traceable scientific documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $110,800.00-$151,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
