About this role

About Marvell

Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell's custom silicon programs succeed only if supply chain delivers them on schedule. The AVP, Supply Chain Program Management owns that outcome, from program approval through production ramp and end of life.

Why now
• Demand is scaling fast. Advanced-node wafer demand is projected to grow roughly 5x over the next five years.
• The program pipeline is expanding every year, with more programs running concurrently at every stage from business development to production.
• Cycles are compressing. Product refresh timelines are moving from 24 to 12 months, so NPI and production ramps overlap.
• Programs are first-of-a-kind: new packaging (2.5D/3D, CoWoS, MCM), long substrate and HBM lead times, and hyperscaler customers who expect a single accountable owner.

What You Can Expect

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

1. Lead the SCPM organization

- Build and lead a team of Program Managers, organized by hyperscaler customer and program portfolio.

- Set one operating model: roles, hand-offs, governance, and standards.

- Hire, develop, and retain senior program talent, and scale team capacity ahead of five-year demand growth.

2. End-to-end program delivery, PA to EOL

- Own the supply chain plan of record for every hyperscaler program: schedule, cost, capacity, and customer experience.

- Shape supply terms in RFPs and SOWs. Own supply chain program schedule development.

- Drive pre-tape-out readiness: sample requirements, component forecasts (wafers, HBM, substrate, OSAT), capacity allocation, test capacity, and sourcing decisions.

- Run post-tape-out execution through production readiness, ramp, sustaining production, and EOL.

3. Be the executive voice of supply chain to customers

- Co-plan directly with customer supply chain teams on business model, allocation, consignment, and delivery.

- Serve as senior escalation point for customer-critical programs and recovery efforts.

- Build trusted executive relationships with foundry, OSAT, substrate, and memory partners.

4. Govern with rigor

- Enforce milestone integrity, risk and issue escalation, and exec-review readiness.

- Partner with Engineering Program Managers, PMO, BU leadership, NPI Execution, and Operations (PE, TE, Quality) as a single integrated program team.

- Hold the line on clean hand-offs between SCPM, NPI Execution, and BU Planning.

5. Scale through process, systems, and data

- Standardize program tooling, templates, and dashboards.

- Drive adoption of Kinaxis, Lima, Snowflake, and Power BI to replace spreadsheet-based NPI planning.

- Use AI and automation to cut manual reporting and speed decisions.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

- Time to revenue

- Programs delivered within plan of record

- Customer satisfaction scores

- Supply chain KPIs: DOI, CRD performance, OSD

- Team health: retention, bench strength, role clarity
