Job Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to keep our Accounts Payable and Receivable processes running smoothly. You'll triage and upload invoices into Acumatica, prepare checks for approved payments, and reconcile vendor statements to catch discrepancies before they become problems. What will you do?

- Triage daily incoming documents from all Accounts Payable (AP) inboxes and upload them into accounting software.
- Maintain organization of accounting shared folders.
- Prepare checks in the accounting software for approved invoices.
- Assist with processing AP invoices.
- Review vendor statements periodically to identify discrepancies or missing invoices.
- Assist with generating Accounts Receivable (AR) statements for customers and maintain up-to-date AR notes.
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.

What you bring.

- Ensure timely upload of all invoices received via the AP inbox into Acumatica.
- Assist with processing AP invoices for assigned entities.
- Review vendor statements regularly to confirm all outstanding invoices are recorded in the accounting system and follow up on any missing invoices.
- Keep aged AR notes current to support timely collections.

Salary Range:

$45,000 - $55,000
