Job Title: Talent Sourcing Associate Job Description
The Talent Sourcing Associate researches, identifies, and engages prospective candidates who align with defined position requirements and talent profiles. This role builds and maintains targeted company lists and candidate pipelines, supports recruiters and senior talent sourcers on priority searches, and contributes to recruitment marketing and strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives. The Talent Sourcing Associate ensures accurate candidate records, delivers a high-quality candidate experience, and helps drive data-informed sourcing strategies in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective candidates who align with defined position requirements and talent profiles.
- Build and maintain target-company lists and candidate pipelines across priority talent markets.
- Utilize HireEZ and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Support targeted candidate outreach campaigns and track candidate engagement and responses.
- Conduct market research on competitor organizations, relevant talent pools, and geographic markets.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date talent maps and candidate pipelines.
- Partner closely with recruiters and the senior Talent Sourcer to support sourcing strategies for priority searches.
- Support executive and critical searches through candidate research, pipeline tracking, interview coordination, and related recruiting activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within Talent Acquisition systems and tools.
- Assist with talent-market reporting and sourcing analytics to inform recruiting strategies.
- Support recruitment-marketing and employment-brand initiatives, including candidate campaigns and talent-community development.
- Provide coordination and project support for strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
Essential Skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 13 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, research, HR, professional services, or a related field preferred; relevant internship experience considered.
- Experience in talent acquisition activities such as hiring, sourcing candidates, and building candidate pipelines.
- Strong research skills and intellectual curiosity.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using recruiting technology, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Interest in financial services and in developing expertise in talent acquisition.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Exposure to recruitment marketing, candidate campaigns, or talent-community development.
- Experience supporting executive or critical searches through research and coordination.

Work Environment
This role operates in a corporate office setting with a MondayFriday onsite schedule. The position involves frequent collaboration with recruiters, senior talent sourcers, and other internal stakeholders, as well as regular interaction with candidates. The work relies on Talent Acquisition systems, sourcing platforms such as HireEZ, and standard office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. The environment is fast-paced and project-driven, requiring strong organization, clear communication, and comfort working with technology in a professional office atmosphere.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Richardson, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
