As an Applied AI Specialist, you will design, implement, and manage AI-driven solutions that operationalize AI-first Application Management Services. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centric AI capabilities that automate workflows and improve service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Solution Implementation: Translating business and operational requirements into scalable AI capabilities that automate workflows and augment decision-making. • AI Agent Integration: Integrating AI agents with observability, telemetry, event management, and operational monitoring platforms to enable intelligent automation and incident response. • Performance Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing agent performance through model evaluation, prompt refinement, and logic enhancements to improve accuracy and reliability. • Operational Governance: Maintaining operational governance of AI solutions by managing production stability, performance thresholds, and compliance requirements. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with application operations, platform operations, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to design, deploy, and improve agent-based solutions. • AI Solution Design: Exposure to designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that operationalize AI-first Application Management Services. • AI Agent Development: Experience working with Agentic AI frameworks and AI orchestration platforms to deliver scalable AI-enabled operations. • Technical Integration: Familiarity with integrating AI agents with observability, telemetry, event management, and operational monitoring platforms. • Performance Evaluation: Exposure to monitoring and optimizing agent performance through model evaluation and prompt refinement. • Automation Technologies: Experience working with automation technologies to enable intelligent automation and workflow orchestration. • Additional AI Tools: Exposure to utilizing Agentic AI frameworks, AI orchestration platforms, and automation technologies to deliver scalable AI-enabled operations. • Advanced Analytics: Familiarity with observability, telemetry, event management, and operational monitoring platforms to enable intelligent automation and incident response. • Emerging Technologies: Experience with new technologies to improve accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes in AI-driven solutions.
