About the role
The Patient Care Coordinator is often the first and last impression a client has of our clinic. This role is responsible for creating a warm, professional, and positive experience for every client while supporting consultations, scheduling, follow-up, and patient education.
The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, confident communicating with clients, and comfortable discussing aesthetic treatments, products, and services in a consultative way. This role supports both the client experience and the growth of the practice.
Key responsibilities
- Create a positive and professional experience for clients from arrival through checkout.
- Greet clients warmly and help them feel comfortable and supported.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providers, and team members.
- Support client consultations by listening to client goals and helping connect them with appropriate services.
- Educate clients on available treatments, procedures, products, and services.
- Support scheduling, follow-up, patient outreach, and retention efforts.
- Promote treatments and products through a consultative, educational approach.
- Help the practice meet client experience, sales, and growth goals.
- Handle sensitive client and business information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Stay aligned with the vision, values, and service standards of the practice.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in aesthetics, med spa, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, medical office, hospitality, retail sales, or another patient-facing role preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable educating clients and supporting sales goals.
- Organized, dependable, and able to follow through on tasks.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5 days per week/ every other Saturday availability required.
Compensation for this position is $18–$22 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and alignment with the needs of the role.
