- Experience working with warranty claims, recall investigations, or post-production quality concerns.
Work Environment
This role is based in a clean automotive quality environment that combines office and shop settings. You will have dedicated desk space for data analysis, documentation, and reporting, as well as access to vehicle bays similar to those found in a dealership for hands-on work on cars. The facility focuses on post-production quality concerns, including warranty claims, recall investigations, and issues identified after vehicles reach the market.
