Your Impact
As a Software Developer specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), UiPath, and emerging agentic AI technologies, you will design, develop, deploy, and support intelligent automation solutions across the Order-to-Cash organization. This is a hands-on development role focused on solving complex operational challenges through technology while partnering with business analysts, process owners, technical teams, and fellow developers to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise automation solutions using UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and related UiPath technologies.
- Develop reliable unattended automations supporting high-volume and business-critical O2C processes.
- Contribute to the development and adoption of agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions within Order-to-Cash.
- Design workflows that combine RPA, AI, business rules, enterprise data, and human decision points where appropriate.
- Evaluate business processes to determine the appropriate use of traditional RPA, AI-enabled automation, agentic workflows, or a combination of technologies.
- Explore opportunities for AI agents to support information gathering, classification, summarization, exception handling, case management, and decision support.
- Build automation solutions supporting Billing, Fulfillment, Client Enablement, the Billing Help Desk, and other Order-to-Cash operations.
- Automate processes across enterprise applications including SAP, Siebel, Salesforce, web applications, Microsoft Excel, databases, and other business systems.
- Design transactional automations using UiPath capabilities such as queues, assets, triggers, reusable workflows, retry mechanisms, exception handling, and logging.
- Integrate automation solutions with SQL databases, APIs, files, email systems, enterprise applications, and AI services.
- Work closely with business analysts and O2C process owners to understand operational requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, simplify workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance the client experience.
- Participate in solution design and technical reviews to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with development standards.
- Develop and maintain UiPath Orchestrator components including queues, assets, triggers, processes, folders, and unattended automation configurations.
- Implement comprehensive business and system exception handling to ensure reliable transaction processing and recovery.
- Troubleshoot production automation issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, execution time, transaction throughput, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, support procedures, and deployment documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, release management, and production deployment activities.
- Develop reusable automation components and contribute to RPA and intelligent automation development standards and best practices.
- Ensure automation and AI solutions comply with OpenText requirements for security, privacy, access management, auditability, change management, and responsible AI use.

What You Need to Succeed
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience developing production automation solutions using UiPath.
- Strong experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Experience developing unattended RPA solutions within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of UiPath development concepts including queues, assets, triggers, reusable workflows, exception handling, retry logic, logging, monitoring, and transactional automation frameworks.
- Experience automating enterprise applications such as SAP GUI, Siebel, Salesforce, or similar ERP and CRM platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including the ability to query and manipulate data used by automation solutions.
- Experience working with APIs, web services, JSON, Excel, CSV, and other structured data formats.
- Understanding of generative AI, large language models, AI agents, or agentic automation concepts, with an interest in applying these technologies to enterprise business processes.
- Ability to understand where AI-based approaches provide value and where deterministic automation and business rules remain more appropriate.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including experience resolving issues involving selectors, application timing, system availability, sessions, credentials, and application exceptions.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, source control, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex operational processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath certification or equivalent practical UiPath development experience.
- Experience with UiPath's AI and agentic automation capabilities or comparable enterprise AI and automation technologies.
- Experience developing or integrating solutions using generative AI, large language models, AI agents, or intelligent document and communication processing.
- Experience developing automation within Order-to-Cash, Billing, Fulfillment, Client Enablement, Finance Operations, or other high-volume transactional environments.
- Experience supporting client service or help desk processes, including case or service request management.
- Experience with SAP GUI scripting and SAP-based business processes.
- Experience with Siebel or similar case management and CRM platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, VB.NET, or other automation, integration, and reporting technologies.
- Experience supporting unattended automation infrastructure and production environments.
- Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, human-in-the-loop controls, security, and responsible use of AI in enterprise environments.
- Experience working within Agile or other structured software development methodologies.

Salary Range: $86,800 - $130,200; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
