The Financial Systems Analyst supports Oracle financial systems (11i, R12, and Cloud) and plays a key role in the implementation, deployment, and ongoing optimization of financial systems and processes across multiple regions.
In this role, you will:
- Partner in systems/operational processes for global finance colleagues for Oracle Cloud.
- Weekly meetings with one's manager to provide support for the resolution of problems or to discuss problematic issues.
- Ongoing weekly meetings with regions to provide support after implementation of integrated management software (Oracle Cloud).
- Discuss accounting and technical matters linked with the users of Oracle Cloud.
- Carry out timely audits to assess the utilization of Oracle Cloud systems.
- Work with CAE's internal stakeholders to enable data management for effective analysis and monitoring.
- Continuous improvement of routine processes linked with Oracle Cloud.
- Use digital tools and methodology to improve the operational efficiency of financial processes (Power BI, Sharepoint, Microsoft Co-pilot, DevOps).
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelors in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud.
Preferred qualifications
- CPA or CFA.
- Experience with Oracle R12 and 11i.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Bilingual (French and English).
