Under the supervision of the Director, Technology Initiative Delivery, the End-to-End Business Process Analyst will play a key role in the evolution and optimization of our ways of working. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, identifying underlying issues and opportunities, designing improvement roadmaps, and supporting the implementation of value-generating solutions. Leveraging a structured approach, data-driven insights, and strong stakeholder engagement skills, you will contribute to enhancing operational performance, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and fostering an integrated process perspective that serves the organization, its employees, and its clients.
What you will do
Business & User Needs Understanding
• Understand business objectives through stakeholder interviews.
• Conduct technology and market research as needed.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Analyze existing documentation.
• Facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders to document current processes and user journeys.
Process Mapping
• Map current-state end-to-end processes to identify pain points, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Produce process mapping and modeling deliverables in accordance with BPMN standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical Product Owners to document business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories.
• Translate process maps into user journeys to support the design of future-state processes centered on the Pomerleau employee experience.
Process Design
• Co-design target-state processes and user journeys to drive measurable improvements in the employee experience.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are properly addressed while respecting technology constraints.
Testing
• Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and support Quality Assurance activities during testing execution.
• Lead UAT sessions with end users to validate solutions.
Other Responsibilities
• Define performance indicators and measure the benefits of proposed improvements.
• Collaborate with business, operational, and technology teams on transformation initiatives aimed at rethinking not only existing processes but also operating models.
• Validate processes with subject matter experts prior to system configuration to minimize customization requirements.
• Contribute to the evolution of process governance practices to support continuous improvement. Document validation steps and decision logs to facilitate governance and audit activities.
• Promote process standardization through a standards-driven approach while documenting approved exceptions.
This role could be for you if you have
• A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in process analysis, business analysis, continuous improvement, and/or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN standards, Lean principles, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio.
• Extensive experience facilitating multidisciplinary workshops.
• Knowledge of digital platforms that support enterprise processes, including ERP, HCM, and CRM systems.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and stakeholder influence skills.
Additional Assets That Will Strengthen Your Profile
• BPM certification.
• Strong understanding of technology system and software implementation processes.
• Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and value stream analysis.
• Knowledge of Service Design and user journey mapping.
• Experience with enterprise processes in Human Resources, Finance, or Logistics.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Power BI and Databricks.
• Familiarity with methodologies that align business strategy, business capabilities, customer journeys, and end-to-end business processes.
