Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Administrative Professional, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational acumen, a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to anticipating needs and delivering accurate, timely support.

- Consistently demonstrates customer service expectations as outlined in the Dignity Health Medical Foundation audit tools.

- Consistently demonstrates competence as outlined in the applicable Dignity Health Medical Foundation audit tools and job description.

- Routes, manages, prioritizes, and completes tasks every hour or per specific expectations as outlined by Department Supervisor.

- Routes appropriate tasks when applicable to the proper individual or group per specific expectations as outlined by Department Supervisor.

- Consistently keeps self informed and prepared for any situation.

- Collaborates with others to ensure front desk is staffed/covered if incumbent needs to leave work station.

Job Requirements

Required:

- High School diploma or GED General Studies

- Some Medical Office experience in a front office setting

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills are essential.

- Keyboarding skills and the ability to utilize computer equipment and software are required as is experience with other types of standard office equipment.

- Knowledge of County Computer System must be acquired within the first three weeks of employment.

Preferred:

- Experience with multi-line phones/ACDphones

- Medical terminology
