About this role

Earn $16 to $17 an hour, with credit for your experience. Full-time day shift, 8 am to 4 pm. No experience needed, and you'll hear back within 48 hours of applying.

Who you'll serve
Luther Oaks is home to older adults in independent living, assisted living, and memory care in Bloomington. A clean, safe apartment helps residents stay healthy and feel at home. You'll also be a friendly face they see every week.

What you'll do

- Clean resident apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and dusting
- Keep hallways, dining areas, and common spaces clean and tidy
- Empty trash and restock supplies
- Do resident laundry and linens
- Report anything that needs repair, or any changes you notice in a resident, to your supervisor
- Follow cleaning and infection-control steps you'll learn on the job

What you'll need
Required:

- Age 18 or older
- Able to pass a drug test and background check

Preferred:

- Cleaning experience in senior living, a hotel, or a hospital

Pay and benefits

- $16 to $17 per hour to start, based on experience
- Daily Pay, so you can access your earnings before payday

Schedule

- Full-time, 8 am to 4 pm
