About the Role
As 52TEN continues to grow,we are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support our expanding investor relations and capital functions. This highly organized, investor-facing role will help ensure that current and prospective investors receive a responsive, professional, and consistent experience throughout their relationship with 52TEN.

Reporting to the Director of Capital & Investor Relations, the Investor Relations Associate will provide day-to-day administrative and relationship support, including coordinating investor meetings and appointments, assisting investors with the investor portal, supporting communications and follow-up, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating investor events, and helping manage recurring reporting and communication schedules.

As the first dedicated support role within the Capital & Investor Relations team, this person will play an important part in building the systems, organization, and operating rhythm that allow the function to scale. As 52TEN and the team continue to grow, this role offers the opportunity to expand in responsibility, deepen expertise in investor relations and capital, and grow alongside the function.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Support

- Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for current and prospective investors, helping create a consistent, high-quality experience
- Assist investors with routine questions, investor portal access, documents, and other needs, coordinating with internal teams when necessary
- Support investor communications, updates, and recurring reporting schedules, ensuring materials are accurate, polished, and delivered on time
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling confidential investor and company information

Scheduling & Follow-Through

- Coordinate investor meetings and appointments, including outreach, scheduling, confirmations, meeting preparation, and follow-up
- Track investor requests, commitments, and next steps to ensure timely and reliable follow-through
- Help the Director of Capital & Investor Relations stay organized and prepared for investor conversations and priorities

CRM & Investor Records

- Maintain accurate investor and prospect information in the CRM and investor portal
- Document interactions, meeting notes, follow-up activities, and relationship information
- Maintain organized records and monitor data quality to ensure investor information remains complete and current

Investor Events & Administrative Support

- Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, events, webinars, and other engagement opportunities, including invitations, RSVPs, materials, and follow-up
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Capital & Investor Relations, including calendars, meeting materials, presentations, travel, and expense coordination
- Anticipate needs and proactively help keep priorities and commitments moving forward

Operational Excellence

- Build and maintain organized, repeatable processes for investor relations activities, communications, scheduling, and recordkeeping
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and the overall investor experience as the function continues to grow
 
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in investor relations, client service, financial services, executive support, or a similar relationship-focused role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional approach to investor interactions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage scheduling, follow-up, records, and multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with CRM and technology platforms; experience with HubSpot, InvestNext, or similar systems is preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Proactive, dependable, and service-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization where priorities may evolve

Compensation and Benefits

- Base Salary: $65,000-$80,000 depending on experience

- 3 weeks (15 days) of PTO in your first year of employment
