Job Description:

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to be responsible for the efficient and compliant handling of materials within a GMP-regulated warehouse environment. This role supports receiving, labeling,

storage, inventory control and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Following established Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Protocols
- Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
- Labeling materials and storing in appropriate locations
- Processing material requests and work orders
- Performing cycle counts
- Packing and processing outbound shipments
- Delivery of material using a truck
- Operation of material handling equipment, including forklift, pallet jack
- Maintaining accurate records with proper documentation
- Communication with internal departments to research and resolve issues/discrepancies

Working Conditions:

- This position required to work in a warehouse.
- The role requires walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds independently.
- Occasional work in cold storage / freezer areas using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse/material handling environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Data entry, math and computer skills with ERP experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to be flexible with work hours

The base compensation range for this role is $25-$30. Base Compensation is influenced by many factors including, but not limited to: time in the role, previous experience, skills, knowledge, performance, work requirements, internal equity, and business / economic conditions.
