Clinical Supervisor

Location: Exton, PA
Company: High Focus Centers
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Two evening shifts per week until approximately 8:15 PM

High Focus Centers, a trusted leader in outpatient behavioral healthcare and a proud member of the Pyramid Healthcare family, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support our adult mental health and co-occurring programs in Exton, PA.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, mission-driven team and play an important role in supporting clinical quality, staff development, and positive outcomes for individuals receiving mental health and substance use treatment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of clinicians delivering Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services.

- Conduct clinical assessments, determine appropriate levels of care, and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses within scope of practice.

- Guide clinicians in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

- Provide individual and group supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinical staff.

- Facilitate interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and participate in clinical case reviews.

- Maintain a manageable clinical caseload, as needed, to support program flow and continuity of care.

- Support the Executive Director with program development, quality improvement, and compliance initiatives.

- Conduct clinical documentation reviews and regular chart audits.

- Respond to client crises and support a safe, therapeutic treatment environment.

- Ensure clinical programming meets applicable licensing, regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.

- Support staff development, training, and ongoing clinical growth.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

- Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT .

- 3–4 years of clinical supervisory experience preferred.

- Experience working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred.

- Strong understanding of PHP and IOP levels of care.

- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians, medical staff, clients, and other members of the treatment team.
