Your Impact at GEICO
RPM Data Management is seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Statistical & DMV/eCFR Reporting team. This role plays an integral part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of regulatory reporting processes while supporting data quality initiatives, reporting modernization efforts, and continuous process improvement. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems, researching data issues, and translating detailed business requirements into actionable solutions. Associates in this position work with regulatory and statistical reporting data, investigate discrepancies, validate reporting results, and collaborate across business and technology teams to ensure reporting accuracy. Success in this role requires curiosity, critical thinking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn and apply complex insurance and reporting concepts. The successful candidate will partner with business and technology teams across the organization to implement system enhancements, automate manual processes, and identify opportunities to improve reporting quality and timeliness.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven attention to detail, strong critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
- Proven strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects & assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Must have the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment and respond positively to change
- Experience in writing business requirements & test plans
- Proficiency with Personal Auto Service or Underwriting applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

- Must be able to use a PC
- Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information, and follow processes that have been published
- Must be knowledgeable of software coding and following standards and processes that have been published and the guidelines for the design
- Must be able to provide system training to team members as needed. Must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with customers, clients, co-workers, and other employees across the organization
- Must be able to perform under pressure and stressful situations
- Must be able to concentrate and demonstrate a capacity for learning technical concepts and adapting to new technologies quickly
Preferred Skills :
- Ability to communicate technical problems to non-technical audiences
- Experience researching complex issues, identifying root causes, validating results and documenting findings is strongly pre
- Experience in SQL or other querying languages, Python, Power BI and advanced Excel
- May be required to be on call for production support 24x7
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is desirable
Annual Salary
$64,575.00 - $101,475.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
