The Senior Manager, FP&A will lead financial planning and analysis for Hologic’s Global Service organization, partnering closely with the Global Service Leadership Team and finance leaders across the company.
This role provides an integrated view of Global Service performance across divisions and regions, translating financial results, operational trends and key business drivers into actionable insights for leadership. The Senior Manager owns worldwide consolidation of the Service P&L, leads the monthly business review and planning processes, and helps shape the financial outlook by identifying risks, opportunities and emerging trends.
As a leader within Global Service Finance, this individual will also raise analytical standards across the team, develop talent, strengthen cross-functional accountability, and drive automation and process improvements that improve the quality, speed and effectiveness of financial decision support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A for Global Service, providing leadership with a clear, forward-looking view of financial performance, key business drivers, risks, opportunities and priorities.
- Own worldwide consolidation of the Global Service P&L across divisions and regions, establishing consistent methodologies for revenue, cost to serve, departmental spend, system profitability and financial reporting.
- Lead the monthly business review and executive reporting cycle, synthesizing financial and operational performance into clear commentary, variance explanations and actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Lead the strategic plan, annual budget and forecasting processes for Global Service, coordinating inputs across divisions, regions and Corporate FP&A and ensuring assumptions are aligned with business priorities and operating trends.
- Own forward-looking financial management processes, including risk and opportunity tracking, worldwide headcount planning and analysis of leading indicators that may impact the financial outlook.
- Serve as a key finance liaison across the organization, partnering with Corporate FP&A, divisional finance teams, HR and Master Data Management to ensure consistent reporting structures, account mapping and a reliable single view of Service performance. Lead financial integration activities for acquisitions impacting Global Service, including reporting alignment, account mapping and run-rate analysis.
- Raise the quality and effectiveness of the Global Service Finance organization by establishing analytical standards, reviewing executive-level deliverables, mentoring and developing analysts, and coaching the team on financial analysis, storytelling and business partnership.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation across forecasting, reporting and analytics, identifying opportunities to improve cycle time, forecast accuracy, scalability and decision support.
- Act as a finance leader and trusted business partner, driving accountability through clear communication, constructive challenge, follow-through and ownership of issues from identification through resolution.

- Strong financial and business acumen with experience translating complex financial and operational information into clear recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing insights and materials for executive audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization and partner across functions, divisions, regions and levels of leadership.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with a strong understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP.
- Strong ownership mindset, sound judgment and demonstrated ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment.

Education and experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required; MBA, CPA or CMA considered a plus.
- 8+ years related financial experience, including experience leading, mentoring or managing analysts.
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and management reporting processes.
- Experience with Oracle, Hyperion or similar ERP and planning platforms.

Additional Info:
The annualized base salary range for this role is $132,600 to $221,100 (commensurate with level and experience) and is bonus eligible. Final compensation will depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
