About this role
We are looking for a FULL-TIME, thorough, responsible shuttle driver who will adhere to providing quality service to our customers. The shuttle driver responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving and departing guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Transports guests safely and courteously in the company van in a timely manner.

THE DAY TO DAY
Safely transport customers in the dealership shuttle to and from their homes, workplaces, and other local destinations within the service radius
Greet customers warmly, assist with luggage and bags, and provide a clean, comfortable ride
Coordinate pickups and drop-offs with the service department and keep to the shuttle schedule
Perform daily pre-trip inspections and keep the shuttle clean inside and out
Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents immediately and complete required logs
Fuel the shuttle and keep it stocked with customer amenities (water, wipes, etc.)
Move vehicles on the lot, run parts or documents between locations, and assist with other duties as needed
Represent the Audi brand with professionalism at all times
Qualifications
THE RIGHT FIT
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check required)
Minimum age of 21 with 1+ years of licensed driving experience
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet and in and out of a vehicle throughout the day
Professional appearance and a willingness to wear a company uniform or dress code
