About this role

The Senior Consultant, Marketing Analytics owns the short- and long-term growth strategy and is directly accountable for delivering a consolidated 4P model that leverages marketing insights to drive revenue, sales, customer retention, and overall campaign performance. This role ensures marketing strategy and investment decisions are grounded in data, tightly linked to financial outcomes, and optimized to maximize Net Adds.

Acting as both strategic lead and performance owner, the role connects insights, planning, execution, and results across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding through engagement, retention, and loyalty.

In addition to driving subscriber growth, this role owns the development and execution of customer base management and retention strategies designed to improve customer lifetime value, reduce churn, strengthen customer engagement, and increase loyalty across EBOX's subscriber base. The role is accountable for identifying retention opportunities, developing targeted interventions, and delivering measurable improvements in churn performance through optimized customer experiences, lifecycle marketing programs, and data-driven decision making.

Enhanced Key Responsibilities

- Own the long-term subscriber growth and retention strategy for EBOX, including target markets, customer segmentation, value propositions, lifecycle journeys, and demand levers aligned to financial goals.

- Develop and execute customer base management strategies to maximize customer lifetime value, improve engagement, reduce churn, and increase customer loyalty.

- Be accountable for core P&L metrics, including:

Revenue growth

- ARPU expansion

- Net Adds contribution

- Churn reduction and retention performance

- Marketing ROI and efficiency

- Volume vs. value mix trade-offs

- Lead ongoing performance tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis across both acquisition and retention metrics, identifying risks and opportunities and driving corrective actions as needed.

- Own churn analytics and customer behavior insights, identifying key drivers of churn and developing actionable strategies to improve customer retention.

- Lead campaign performance management across the customer lifecycle, measuring impact on acquisition, conversion, retention, loyalty, and upsell performance while optimizing investment to improve ROI.

- Develop and execute proactive retention programs and customer engagement campaigns to improve customer outcomes and reduce voluntary churn.

- Partner with Product, Care, Sales, IS, Finance, and Marketing teams to identify and address customer pain points, improve end-to-end customer experience, and increase customer advocacy.

- Own the planning, execution, and post-analysis of quarterly 4P (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) programs, ensuring initiatives deliver against revenue, ARPU, NETS, and churn targets.

- Act as the quarterback for all major drive periods, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on targets, investment levels, execution plans, and performance outcomes.

- Translate complex data and results into clear, decision-ready insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
